just search for water treatment plants, you will get about 500 results. one amongst those should be able to help you.

sorry for the misunderstanding, i am not with hager elsaesser. we already dealt with them, first time early 90s. had good experience, so i thought to recommend.

hager elsaesser is located in germany, those companies found on wlw (the third link i gave, from the second post) will give you companies from europe only.

the second link has the intention of being internatioonal, but i think its mostly north american, haven't checked thoroughly.

as for your location, china and eastern asia, i have no experiences at all, so unfortunately i can't recommend a company located near you.
