communication failure

anyone knows how to eliminate this "communication failure"?

we had installed and commissioned a siemens repeater between a PC and PLC(siemens C7-xxx), consequently; a communication failure occur frequently that hinders our pc remote control operation.

please help me out of this problem.. thanks in advance!!

We solved communication failures:
1. Better communication wiring (Quality of the Ethernet wires installed)

2. Beeter grounding for each of the stations.
