I have a steel beam loaded in both the strong and weak axis. I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a part in AISC Steel Construction Manual that addresses this. I've found items discussing combined bending with axial forces but can't seem to find a part that addresses combined strong and weak axis bending.

It's the same section of the AISC..... Chapter H I believe. You just set axial load to 0 in the equations.

AISC Chapter H has details as it pertains to biaxial bending. With respect to combining bending moment forces in both the weak and strong axis. You should also look at the commentary.

Take the moment in the both axis and divide each by its respective elastic section moduli.

Mu=Mux/Sx + Muy/Sy

After this, you should perform the checks for the yielding limit and lateral torsional buckling.
