3. From those reactions, draw a moment diagram for the stud.
4. Using Moment-Area principles, what is the rotation at height x, say θx?
5. Using Moment-Area principles, what is the maximum deflection of the column, neglecting P-Δ effects?
6. Δ1 = e*θx + normal cantilever deflection for concentrated load at end of cantilever.
7. How will axial load affect moments, rotations and deflections?
8. How will you fix the cantilever to the stud? Will you have additional rotation at the connection?
