Colors

We are using V19 SE and have a part library on our server that we use as a group for generic parts. One of the parts, twin wheel hooded caster, when I pull it in shows up as a solid chrome color but when it's pulled up on another workstation it comes in like its supposed to, chrome hood and black wheels. I can't seem to see why this would be, does anyone have an idea of why it may be doing this??

If you are using texture you may have to check it in the view window that you can reach in the format menu.

If you don't find it just tell me and I'll try to be more specific.
