I always get a gray color for contact result, any idea to solve the problem? Please take a look at the attached picture.

I found this happens only with node-to-surface contacts! I don't have the problem with surface-to-surface contacts. Does anyone have experienced similar problem?

Yes I have experienced the same thing in the past too. I'm not positive why Ansys can't do a better job with this. Best to use surface-to-surface in my opinion.
