I am going to guess that you are asking:
For piping systems in a process plant is there a standard set for the paint color for "Cooling (Tower) Water"?
The answer is No. There is no standard for commodity for non-hazardous and non-safety related commodities. It is strictly up to the Owner/Operator to set paint colors for these piping systems.
