we are constructing a bridge having 36 nos 25m length and 1.2m dia cast in situ R.C.C piles.borehole of one pile after boring collapse.what will be remedial measure for it?

Can you drill and sleeve it... reinforce it, and cast concrete, withdrawing the sleeve and letting the concrete fill in the collapsed material?
I usually vibrate the top 10' of a pile/caisson... might be prudent to vibrate a greater length...
