How cold flare relieving hexane to atmosphere shall be designed?
What type of sealing may be use as flame or detonation arrestors (dynamic type)?

I guess you are using the term cold flare to mean vent.
Whether it's a flare or a vent, consult API RP-521 as your first reference.
