I am attempting to model concrete bonded to rock. I have made a small layer of cohesive elements between by concrete and rock mesh. What material properties should i be using for the cohesive layer? I know the max shear stress i want to use, should i just plug that into the mohr coulomb shear stress?

If I am not wrong, there must be three different approach that you can use to simulate cohesive elements.
Have you tried using traction-separation description?
I think in that description, you need to use strain energy release rate and some other parameters but I used it previously, and it works good. You can find how to get the required parameters for your simulation from the help file.
