Dear Sir,
Do we need to use insulation gaskets in between two dissimilar flanges(CS & Alloy).Drawing says normal gasket. Is there any Code referance for that. Please help.

No, you want find such requirements in a design code (of which you haven’t specified the one applicable to your situation). Codes aren’t cookbook types of documents you simply download from the internet and use at your convenience, to find such specific answers.

If you need further guidance, I’d suggest to do a google search to this domain, or use this site search function directly. This topic has been covered before. The same issue kind of applies when using stainless steel flanges with (common) B7 studs.

Only if there is a conductive medium between the two.

This is a materials issue best handled by a materials engineer. It's NOT a code issue.
