We have a problem where we use expensive compressed air to clear the flame eye monitoring tube (2") for our 32 burners, which looks in to the furnace for the flame monitoring. I want to know what is the industry standard for this. Keeping in mind that the monitor signals are often tweaked to falsify the signal to override the interlock due to viewing tube clogging with PF dust.
