We are evaluating our coal fineness sampling program; currently we do a simple "grab" sample, which is quick and easy but the accuracy is in doubt. Does anyone know where I can get a comparison of the various sampling methods out there and how they compare to each other, i.e. ASME PTC 4.2 vs ASTM D197, vs ISO 9931 etc?
