I am trying to find the temperature of the reaction if I mix 100 tonnes of 36%HCl with Bicarb. I have assumed 80.9 tonnes of pure powder. However I need to pump the bicarb so will probably go for a solution at a lower purity.
Can anyone help in trying to find the heat of the reaction. HCl and Bicarb will be at 5 degC.
Will mixing this lot cause the mixing chamber to frreeze?
