CO Correction Calculation

Hi guys,
Have been looking through an old engine anylizer manual and they show how to get corrected CO . Those in the know will know what I mean when I ask 'where does the 15 come from in the calculation?' Those who don't (probably only me!) will learn from the knowledgable replies!
