CNC with no sharp edges with form 1

Hi Guys,

I want to design a form that goes over the skin as it is low volume I was thinking CNC that will then be thermoformed but I do not want any sharp edges that may cause cuts.

The CNC inner pattern may change but the overall form will stay the same.

Has anyone done this before? Or has anyone got anymore ideas?

I still am quite confused about what you are really trying to do.

You want to CnC a shape then thermoform it.

From what you have said, I see no reason why you can't just cut the shape out of sheet and thermoform the sheet.

I am worried about sharp edges as it is put up against the skin. Maybe I am on the right lines but I am just checking if anyone else knows of a better process.

I still have no idea what type of plastic you intend to use. Many can be flame polished which will smooth off the edges
