I am looking at aprox 13' tall exterior CMU wall. Non-load bearing. Of course it will have to resists lateral loads (likely wind, since its Michigan).

Before I start designing in detail, are there any cmu max height requirements for a cantilever wall?

Thanks,

Not if it is engineered properly. No code restrictions that I'm aware of.
The TMS 402 (former ACI 530) had restrictions on anchored veneer heights but not pure reinforced masonry done by an engineer.

Around here I just had this fight with the AHJ. They were operating under the old empirical rules of max heights for block widths. I had to walk them through how there is no set limit to height of wall, but at some point, the wall either does not have enough capacity, or it is uneconomical to construct and you may as well go up in block size.
