has anyone submitted a Capacity, Management, Operations, and Maintenance (CMOM) for Sanitary Sewer Overflow along with review of local laws and regulations. I like to take look at this if possible.

Have you received any responses? I have been working on a process analysis (benchmarking) for our sewer transmission (collection system) maintenance division. I have discovered that my process hits on many of the CMOM elements.
