cleaning up TDM

Hi We are in the process of switching from Ideas 11 to NX/Ideas 6.3 and I would like to clean all past employees from the library Can anyone out there help with this? The company has under gone a name change and we have three different user login versions for each employee as well as numerous past employees and was wanting to clean things up going forward.

NX 8.0.3.4 in Windows 7
