we have a spare clad pipe - 16ïnch, API5L X65, EW, Inconel 825. We are considering to induction bend it probably to 5D 90deg.
like to ask experience people here who can advice as below:
1: impact on wall thickness - acceptance criteria in intrados and extrados zone for clad bend
2: Quality assurance - how to ensure the quality? bond strength? can we re-clad the bend? impact of post treatment to clad?
3: Any additional requirement compared to pipe bend (bare)?
