Cities with most populated Process Engineers in USA?

I want to launch a course for process engineers (in EPC industry)in the state. Which city is better to start? (I am aware of Huston, what else?)

Considering that "process engineers" is an ill defined term....good luck. Why not promote to mechanical engineers? You would probably get more response.

As for advertising...I would suggest that you post the course, the engineer who offered input throughout, and the elevations that must be met, assuming other than process piping.
