Now that Circuitmaker is no longer sold or supported I need to know how to make it do something. (Figures) Does anyone out there have, own or use this anymore? If so, I need to simulate a simple circuit like a cap charging through a resistor (RC Time Const) I can simulate the CKT okay but I want to be able to make the supply NOT turn on until a few mS AFTER I start the simulation so i can clearly see the voltage plot on the cap at zero volts so I can clearly see the ramp as it happens from zero to max. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Dave

A simple circuit like this can be easily calculated
manually or you can write a simple 5-10 line BASIC
program. Using simulation would be like hunting
for ducks with ICBM-s.

Yes I know that but there is a bit more to the real need than just a cap and resistor with a voltage source. I only mentioned those to make it easy for folks to understand the basic need which is to hold off applying the source voltage for X number of mS in a simulation.

There should be something like the piecewise linear (PWL) source in SPICE. Just lay out what timing you need.
