Chlorine piping design

Hi, I am in the process of designing a piping layout for a number of chlorine drum sites. I was working with the Pamphlet 6 - "Piping systems for dry chlorine" published by the chlorine institute but have lost the original copy. I now notice that the institute has put the price of the original document up to $140 when it was free to download 12 months ago!! Does anyone know where I could obtain a copy of this doc or something similar such as the Gest 79/81 document published by Eurochlor??
