chlorine difussion in water

It's been a while since university days.

Can anyone tell me how I would calculate the length of time it would take for chlrorine at 25mg/L to diffuse through a 5 meter length of pipe?

I've been through my mass-transfer books, and transport phenomena text but don't understand it anymore.
