Chipset

I understand that there are different "chipsets" that go on the motherboard for computers.
I also understand that certain chipsets are better for Gaming, MCAD, etc.
Running UG NX, I am curious as to what would be the best chipset, or does it have to be a combination of chipset and CPU to get the best performance.
Looking at future purchase and any info would help.
Can't find anything at Siemens that talks about it.

Generally speaking, the most critical component, once you know that your system's OS is suppored and there's sufficient memory, is the graphics card and its driver.
