Chinese Drafting Standards

I am looking at some drawings prepared to GB/T 14486-93. This is a Chinese standard for designing plastic castings. I can get the English edition for around three hundred bucks. Is anybody familiar with this, and/or have any idea of what it will cost to get a full set of drafting standards?
