Hello! I am curious to know if anyone has ever experienced a situation like this?
We have 2 Joy Axial supply fans that are having problems with their pitch.(One has been fix pitched to 50%)The other sometimes goes off on high static. Static setpoint is set for 1.25. Readings at the fan itself can reach 7-8 in.
All of the chilled water lines are insulated and coils have been checked for leaks and none were found. There is so much condensation in the chilled water coil room floor(it is blowing around)that it leaks below into the tenant space. The drain pans are not clogged or overflowing.
There is another problem at this building and it is water in the pneumatic lines. These lines are for all fans and Building Automation controls. What should be done after the proper air dryer was installed ? What actions should be taken? This problem was ongoing for approximately 3 months.
