Does anyone have a numerical text file of acceleration time-history of this tsunami? Appreciate it very much with thanks.

I think you mean earthquake. Although it did generate a tsunami.

Also, please note that the El Centro earthquake recording was in the 1940s so it gives an idea of how early we were able to have strong motion recordings. However, that doesn't extend to each country, such as Chile. And no a strong motion recording is not the same as a seismogram.

A seismometer is a very sensitive instrument, a accelerometer is not. A seismometer will detect earthquake waves from all over the world given the right period window and magnification. However, as the events draw closer to the seismometer it will quickly jump off scale thereby recording only part of the motion. An accelerometer is specially designed to record strong motion without jumping off scale. That is why accelerometers are used in buildings to measure the direct effects to structures and can operate in the near field (very close to the epicenter). The sensitivity with the seismometer is usually on the order of 500 times or more.
