I'm trying to design a chemical diffuser to inject phosphoric acid in a 66" water distribution header and I was wondering if anyone could provide me with information (or drawings) on what works best.
The diffuser needs to meet the following conditions:
1) diffuser tube should extend across the springline of the 66" pipe to the other side
2) stainless steel diffuser tube with orifice holes
3) should be welded from both the inside and outside of the pipe to safeguard against corrosion
