the spectrographic chemical analysis test and metallographic test and fatigue test, is these are destructive or not

Spectrographic testing can be destructive in the sense that your sample may need to be worked (e.g. flattened) to fit in the spectrometer properly. Just the name of the other test makes me think it is destructive.
