Is there a way to change the appearance of a group of bars in a Gantt chart - I want to change, say the colour for example of certain bars but not all.

Thanks

That's fine, but to change more than one bar at one time withoug selecting every bar individually.

If you "flag" or "Mark" the task ou want to change the appearance of you can then put that as one of the criteria for the bar style.

Try standard windows choosing techniques. Choose multiple tasks by highlighting (left click) on a task then use ctrl and highlight additional tasks. Then format the highlighted tasks.

The problem with multiple selection is that the formatting command is always called with the last valid Task ID.

The only thing can make thing somewhat simpler is to record or write a macro that does the formatting, delete the Task ID from the macro command for the formatting, and assign that to a button.

Then, you can use the multiple selection to format multiple rows.
