Changing colors after import 1

I am using NX 8.5.13
When I import a .x_t parasolid file, I cannot change its color.
I try changing the body color, the face color, the feature color, nothing changes it.
What is the secret to change my part colors after importing a parasolid?

After you select the Body and the 'Edit Object Display' dialog comes up, expand the 'Settings' section and toggle ON the 'Apply to All Faces of Selected Body' option and then select your desired color and hit OK.

What's happening is that the Parasolid body doesn't really have a color assigned to it but the faces do and this option will basically 'reset' this condition. Once you do this, in the future the body will behave normally when it comes to editing its color.
