hi, I have to make a program(activated sludge treatment) with Aspen, and I need that some components were liquids, when they are entering in the reactors, so they could react with a gas phase(air), but I need that those components were solids in the exit, so they could be separated in a decanter.

It's possible this change of phase, or what can I make?

Difficult to understand. It sounds like a chemical or civil engineering question, rather than an Aspen Plus simulator question. ? Sounds like a chemical, or biochemical reaction, where phase changes are part of the chemical reaction (reactants --> products). Need more info. Perhaps rephrase and restate in the chemical engineering forum.
Good luck.
