Is there a way to design CFMF bearing walls in RISA Floor and/or 3D that does not require inputting individual studs similar to the wood walls feature? Is it best to create a new wood wall database with CFMF properties?

There isn't an easy / automated way to do cold formed walls in the same way as wood framed walls.

I suppose you could use a wood wall do this though. The sheathing information and the shear capacity and such are really just determined by the wood wall panel schedule assigned to the wall. And, this can be edited (or created from scratch) in Excel. See the help file section Appendix F - Wood Wall Database Files.

You could also manipulate what studs you are using to give you a similar capacity to one of your cold formed studs.

I can't promise that you'll be able to get results that truly match what you are asking for. But, it should be close enough to give you a good idea.
