Ceramic Spool/Cage Interface Info for Water Valves

Is anyone knowledgeable about the interface between the Ceramic Spool and Ceramic Cages of 3/2 Spool Valves used in water industry? I'm trying to find an economical starting point for :-

1) typical clearance between Spool and Cage
2) typical tolerancing used on Spool diameter and Cage bore
3) typical surface finishes used ...

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
