Check with Ceredyne in California - they make most of it for the Government

I need help in two areas. I need to etch PZT and also metallize PZT. Does anyone have info on methods of metallizing PZT with nickel with adhesion greater than 5 lbs./in. Thanks for your help.

We think we can do this.

We are metallizing Titanium and ceramics, etc. with Titanium in them for use in brazing saws another tools. In this application we need a minimum of 50,000 psi. tensile. We start with an etching so that part is covered as well. It shouldn’t cost more than a half day of lab time ($500) to find out.
