Centifugal force calc?

Looking for calculations/spreadsheet to determine the stresses in a rotating disc caused by RPM. The application is pump impellers.
Assuming a uniform disc 106" OD, 2" thick on a 14" dia shaft using 40,000 psi material design yield value, what should the rotating speed limit be? We've got surface feet per minute limits, but the original calculations left when General Lee moved out.
I'll post this in a couple forums.

Hi sprintcar

For a rotating disc with a central hole the formula's for
radial and hoop stress are as follows:-

Sr= (3+v)*(pw^2/8)*[R1^2+R2^2-(R1^2*R2^2/r^2)-r^2]

Sh= (pw^2/8)*[(3+v)*(R1^2+R2^2+(R1^2*R2^2/r^2)-(1+3v)r^2]

where Sr=radial stress
Sh=hoop stress
p=density of material
w=angular velocity
R1=radius of inner dia
R2=radius of outer dia
r= radius of interest ie:- where stress value is req
v= poissons ratio for the material
