Center distance of bottom rolls in pyramid type plate bending m/c

For the design of pyramid type plate bending m/c,what should be the optimum center distance between bottom rolls.Dias of top and botttom roll have been calculated based on the plate thickness and the load required to bend it to required radius .Any suggested references?
