An oil producer well here in the field has an obstruction in CCE(1"66 conduit into the oil production tubing 4 1/2")this CCE is the means to injection wash water, then it was completely pluuged.

Scale Deposits built up at first 100m to surface,Chemicals(corrosion & scale inhibitors) are injected via this CCE with fresh water (wash water).water injection pumps (BSBpumps)did not equiped with filters.and they supplied water by a big water tank of 50m3 in bad status.

i want i one could help to interpret this phenomeno, how this scale was in the upper area

is this problem significantly related to the temperature profile or there are other factors???

Plz help
