Caustic Scrubber Price

I'm looking for a very rough cost of a SA 516 Gr60 caustic scrubber vessel weighing about 9500lbs. The vessel is approximately 6.5ft diameter, 22ft tall. I don't need the packing cost, just the vessel. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Ballpark.......$4.00 to $9.00 per pound ???

ASME Pressure vessel certification and transportation might be extra ???

The speed with which you need the scrubber might affect the cost....
