I need a definitive answer (non civil plaster/dirt engineering) to which applicable codes to use for catwalk allowable deflection for refinery operations. I have reviewed ABS, DNV and other guidelines and recall somewhere seeing L/300. I am strictly interested in steel catwalks only.
