Is there a catia version or other type of software that specifically applies to electrical/electronic engineering?
I am an Electronics Technician looking for a job and am wondering what software should I learn to increase my chances of getting a job?

Yes CATIA V5 can do some Electrical Design. They reside in the Equipment And Systems Engineering Solutions Domain of CATIA V5.
CATIA Workbenches for Electrical Design Are:

Circuit Board Design (CBD) - The CATIA Version 5 Circuit Board Design is a new generation product which addresses circuit board design in a mechanical design context and interfaces with industry standard ECAD systems.
Electrical System Functional Definition (EFD) -The CATIA Version 5 Electrical System Functional Definition is a new generation CATIA product dedicated to the functional definition of electrical systems and addresses the first stage in the electrical systems engineering process. It completely supports the integration of electrical systems in the digital mock-up.

Electrical Library (ELB) - The CATIA Version 5 Electrical Library is a new generation product which is dedicated to define electrical devices, place and connect them. It also allows the creation and management of catalogs of wires and electrical devices such as connectors, electrical equipments, etc.

Electrical Harness Installation (EHI) - The Version 5 Electrical Harness Installation is a new generation product which is dedicated to the design of physical harnesses within the context of the 3D mock- up. Users benefit from electrical designs totally integrated into the mechanical assembly. This product provides a set of objects including both mechanical and electrical properties.

Electrical Wire Routin (EWR) - The Version 5 Electrical Wire Routing is a new generation product which manages the definition of electrical wires within the digital mock-up according to the functional definition of electrical signal. It enables the users to solve complex routing problems within the context of the physical mock-up.

These comprise the basic 3D and 2D design tools for Aeroscape, Automotive, and Heavy Equipment. Shipbuilding and Plant Design have others tools. There are some other software tools to complement these tools from partners of Dassault Systèmes.
