Catia V5 to NX translator

I have no problem translating or importing catia V5 files in NX8 but a co-worker can not. He is using the same NX license bundle that I am, customer defaults in translator section are the same and he even tried my role. There must be something we are missing, anybody have any ideas??

What was the solution to your problem? I'm experiencing an issue trying to import Catia V5 files. When I select the Catia file it says "There are no licenses available for the NX_CATIAV5 translator" yet I'm certain we have the license. I'm guessing something just isn't setup correctly.

I'm using NX 9 by the way.

I would have to run down our IT guy but it had to do with either a file missing or something additional that need to be loaded.
