CATIA V5 Bug?

A few weeks after installing CATIA V5R16 on my computer running Windows XP it has frozen and shows the same frozen screen (see attached picture) every time CATIA is loaded. I have uninstalled and reinstalled CATIA with no change at all.

How can this be resolved?

Neil,

The attachment shows the CATIA P3 Interface, which most users do not use. I'm wondering if that could be causing CATIA to lockup on you.

Are you able to use TOOLS + OPTIONS + GENERAL and change the User Interface Style to P2

If not, you might be able to change to P2 from Windows: START + PROGRAMS + CATIA + ??? (I think there is something like License Manager that might work, but I'm not able to verify this)

Did you try to change the interface to P2 ?

You have to delete all CATSettings in your computer for all versions.
