Hello,
I need some help with the following please.
I recently went from a 32-bit OS (XP) to a 64-bit (W7). With that, CATIA V5 software was upgrading from 32-bit to 64-bit as well. Well…..when I try to open CATIA V5 it says there is no license available. See attachments. Our IT guy says CATIA V5 is not talking to the LUM Client (whatever that means).
The 32-bit V5 version still works on the 32-bit OS (XP) on my co-workers workstations, but not on mine. FYI, we have 1 floating license we all share, and do not have tech support.
Thank you in advance,
