CATIA V4 Plot Sheet??

You could use Plot + Layout to make a single plot sheet containing all the drafts.
Most V4 companies write (or buy) a batch plotting routine that does what you want. If you're in the Detroit area, I'm sure a VAR like INCAT or RAND or Dassault can probably help you out.
