CATIA not allowing section views

CATIA will not allow me to create a section view, the tool stays greyed out no matter how I create the view and no matter if the view or sheet is active. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

UPDATE: The issue was that the views were set to rster as the generation type, and once switched to exact the issue resolved

Thanks For Sharing the Solution. Go to Options - Drafting - View - View generation mode - Exact view
