I want to write a saveas macro.

How can I check if item from tree is a part or product? And then save as .CATPart or .CATProduct

For example:
Tree:
--Product1.CatProduct
---part1.CATPart
---part2.CATPart
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
pls. check the forum, search a bit and you WILL find answer to your Q.
one way is to see type of your item.
