Cast 440C Hardness

I would like to know wat maxumum hardness can be achieved of Investment Casting 440C
I would like to achieve 55 to 60 HRC but could not achieve higher then 40 HRC.

Have you oil quenched the parts? If yes,then achieving the desire hardness should not be a problem.
