Hi all.

I work in a chemical plant as maintenance engineer, and i'm looking forward to change my career to reliability engineering.

So, from your experience as reliability professionals what are the basic steps, training & knowledge that i should acquire ?

Well, i'm a mechanical engineer so basic knowledge in mechanical engineering i already have.
